The media could not be loaded. Great item for the price. We did not get any instructions with it so had to figure a few things out from the picture. Works great though. The waterfall shower head is really nice.

I had this installed professionally and no matter what we do the the shower leaks in the middle connection. We are not sure if it need a washer or it’s due to the product.

Received with missing items. Ordered to have on a specific date ready for install and came missing the handle and center piece. Also the Website won’t let me receive the parts that are missing but want me to order an entire new one and return.
