2 x Rhubarb Crowns 'Timperley Early' - Ready to Plant Rhubarb Crown

Crowns growing well,slight problem on delivery as one crown damaged but seller sorted very quickly,well done

The roots came without any instructions or description. Emailed a question to the seller. Never got an answer back. However the roots survived till Christmas and grew nicely for my friend who got it as a Christmas present from me.

Excellent service, well packed and instant delivery. So pleased with the Rhubarb plants and looking foward to harvesting them in due time

The Rhubarb 'crowns' arrived in a very poor condition - brown; limp and compeletely missing any signs of potential for growth - and without any growing or care instructions. They appeared to be completely lifeless and, at the time of writing, despite careful handling and planting in fertile soil, with regular watering, they are still completely dormant with no sign of any life. There has not been any root development and no leaf growth. In fact, they are still in the same sorry state in which they arrived! Do not buy these 'plants'! They were dead on arrival!

They were not what I expected. They looked like 2 small carrots. In fairness they may produce fantastic fruit, but first appearance very disappointed. It is over a month since both crowns were planted in the same bed. One is showing as fairly strong. The second has disappeared completely. Will use local garden centre in future

The root arrived by post exactly as described. Postwoman told me what it was (box well labelled) and found me in the garden to hand it over personally. Planted it immediately. Large corm, so I know it will take and first sprouting were already beginning to show. I now await with anticipation for it to establish itself.

planted straight away ordered 2 crowns which arrived promptly but very small one now showing green but tiny leaves the other doing nothing, so I could not give a taste test. I covered them as is the way to start them and an old plant in my garden I have already had a first picking so a little disappointed in my purchase
