Great vitamins!
These vitamins are amazing. Since I have been taking them, I feel so much better and have more energy. They are coated and easy to swallow. The con about these vitamins is that they stink and sometimes leave the taste/smell in your mouth until you drink a lot of water. They deliver fast and in good packaging. I buy these monthly on a subscription.

Bariatric vitamins
I was using the chewable version of this, but the taste and the smell was making me nauseous. These seem to be better so far, but the smell they leave on my hands is really gross. They don't make me sick like the chews, so I'll keep using them.

She’s solo, but she’s not basic.
This little capsule is doing the most in the best way. After my gastric bypass on May 12th, my vitamin routine needed to be simple, strong, and not taste like regret—and this one gets the gold star. 🌟It’s just one pill a day, but it’s fully loaded: iron, thiamin, vitamin A, vitamin D like a daily health squad in one sleek capsule. No weird aftertaste, no tummy drama, and I haven’t felt nauseous or sluggish since starting it (which, let’s be honest, was a worry).I pop it with breakfast, and it keeps me energized and focused enough to boss up through my CNA classes, run errands, and still throw on lip gloss like I’ve got somewhere glamorous to be.It’s a solo act, but it’s stealing the whole show.

Good brand
Good for after weight loss surgery to give your body what it needs to stay healthy. Son’s doctor recommended these after surgery. A little pricey but cheaper than what the doctor was offering

Great multi vitamin
Those who have had gastric surgery, this is a great multi vitamin. You can order it with or without iron.

Smell. Bad. Side effects. Also bad.
These smell awful and the taste lingers for a bit. I like that they have so many different things in them, but I have gotten sick (either thrown up or very nauseous) on multiple occasions after taking these. I have tried others in the past so I know it is the culprit. Definitely going back to my old brand after I run out of these.
