Lifeproof NÜÜD SERIES iPhone 6s ONLY Waterproof Case - Retail Packaging - BLACK

I have always been a fan of Lifeproof. With previous versions, I had to take the phone out of the case to charge it. The iPhone chargers that I purchased would not fit into the charging port on the phone. I was soooooo happy to see that I didn't have to take the phone out of the case with the Lifeprrf NUUD. Another welcomed change is that Lifeprood supplied an aux adapter. On my previous Lifeproof case, I had to once again take the phone out of the case to use my earbuds. I no longer have to do that👌.I read several reviews, before taking the plunge and buying another case. I read that the sound was not clear. That is not case for me. I purposely asked people that I am talking to on the other line if they could hear me. 5/5 people said that that I sounded clear. I didn't even tell them why I was asking.Lastly is the price on Amazon. I took my Lifeproof NUUD to my local mall to have them put the screen protector on.(Lifeproof gives you the supplies to do it yourself, but I have never been good at that sort of thing.) While I waited, I looked at the phone cases to price them. This exact case was a whopping $99.99.The color matches my rose gold to a T. I also want to add that I like being able to see the back of the phone. It is not hidden anymore.I am so happy with my purchase😍😍😍

I was skeptical about purchasing this phone case because of the varied reviews. I believe that most of the reviews on this product do not accurately describe the product itself. A lot of people rated this product based on delivery problems or things that have little to do with it. As an artist and "rough" woman, I find this case to be the perfect fit. It keeps out dust and debris, protects the phone when dropped, and is visually appealing. I have already dropped this phone several times. I also got acrylic paint on it and was able to wipe it off without leaving stain marks. For a case this protective, the profile on it is sleeker than most and it doesn't make the phone size that much larger. Using the AUX plug-in/converter cord is somewhat annoying but it's worth it to have that area protected. I also purchased the tempered glass piece that fits on top of the screen (just in case). An FYI for buyers on that one is that although its labeled to fit the nuud case, it runs a little small. I got it on there and I am happy with it now but it has super annoying to put on.

I can be pretty picky about my cases and have used Lifeproof cases in the past. I've always loved them and had the Lifeproof Fr' for both my 5s and 6s. While I loved it, the screen protector honestly got on my nerves and people were having trouble hearing me when talking on the phone. I know a lot of other reviewers have mentioned having the same problem with this case, though I haven't had an issue with it yet. The only downside of this case that I have found is that the "door" blocking the charging port is pretty hard to get open and i've had to use my teeth when I want to open it. With that being said, I do bite my nails so they are pretty short and aren't long enough to pry the "door" open. Overall I absolutely love the case so far and am happy that I bought it.Update 7/6/16: Lifeproof ended up sending me a new case because the first case, after two days, ended up not aligning correctly on the left side, at the bottom. I'm not having that issue with this second case and have had no issue with people not being able to hear me on calls. Loving it so far.

I used this case to prevent any catastrophic drops or drownings from ruining my iPhone 6s. This case is durable and will protect your phone. I dropped mine on the regular from all sorts of distances onto all sorts of surfaces and my phone screen never cracked. It definitely does the job. That said, the case starts to look pretty beat up almost immediately, as the rubber bumper on the outside gets dirty super quick from daily use and is impossible to clean off. The bumper will also start to peel and small chunks will crumble off and go missing after a period of time. I used the case for three years though.The absolute worst thing about this case is that no one will be able to hear or understand you during a phone call with the case on. The only solution is to either take the case off (which requires a coin or key or other object to wedge between the front and back panels to pop the thing open), or to open the bottom cover door over the charging port. Be aware that opening the bottom cover door only makes you marginally easier to hear to the caller on the other end of the line.Overall, the case does what it was designed to do and keeps your phone from breaking.

I have used Lifeproof cases as long as I've used iPhones (4S for probably 4 years and now 6S for at least 2 years now, if not longer). My phones always look brand new coming out of the cases, even having been dropped and in water numerous times, and having 2 younger children growing up & wanting to use my phone, not necessarily as carefully as I would. The case I originally got for my 6S just wore out and probably wasn't totally "life proof" anymore. Came right back to find another. I wasn't aware that there was no front plastic with the Nuud case, but a screen protector provided, so that causes me a little concern having heard about people cracking their phone screens (in general, not about these cases). So far, so good though. I put the screen protector on and all seems business as usual. I think I'll like that I can change out the screen protector should it get scratched up, which you can't with the other type of Lifeproof cases. I also like that I can see my rose colored phone through the back with the aqua cover. Very happy with my purchase.
