This product is the best Progesterone Crème out there! I used this product for 20 plus years already. Definitely helps with my hot flashes. Not perfect but much better than without it. I like this better than taking Premarin. Must use twice a day regularly for best benefits for me.

I have used this product for many years for PMS, and peri-menopause. I do not get hot flashes or other symptoms that women complain of. This works for me!
