Does what it says.
Had knee issues on the build up to a 50 mile mountain race, bought this last minute to see if it would help. I wasn't pain free during the race but I definitely felt supported and was worth buying.

WAY TOO SMALL!
I went through quite a bit of effort to find the measurements of these straps before buying. My leg measurement below my knee is 38cm, so should have fit comfortably in the 30-43cm stated on the packaging. The strap only just made it around my leg and the Velcro was holding on by a hair. It’s likely that any kind of exercise more vigorous than a stroll would send it pinging off across the road.Poor show Nike 😕
