Not what I was expecting
This pillow is softer than I was looking for. It said it was firm, for side and back sleepers. This pillow has little firmness to it, my head settled into way too far for any support.

Back problems and fatigue are gone!
Bought one of these at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It's really important that you check which type of pillow you need before buying one of these. They have ones for side sleepers and ones for back and stomach sleepers. Since I'm a stomach sleeper, I got the latter. I've struggled with scoliosis related discomfort while sleeping for a long time and recently have had to resort to body pillows and toss pillows to support my body. I noticed most of my tossing and turning was related to repositioning the pillow under my head and decided to try one of these. I'm so glad I did. I no longer use any extra pillows for support and need significantly less rest to feel rested. I also no longer wake up feeling miserably sore.(I went from needing 10+ hours each night to only needing about 6-7.)The pillow is heavier than a standard bed pillow and a bit longer if you get a standard/queen size. The king sized ones are ridiculous in length so if you share your bed with a partner you may want to consider a standard so your pillow isn't invading their face at night. You will also need a pillow protector so you might as well pick one up while shopping since you have the size of the pillow in front of you on the box. The pillow protector will keep your regular pillowcase from slipping off. I neglected to get one and it is very annoying. There is also a slight odor from the pillow of chemicals which is not great so if you are a sensitive Sally, double-case that thing for sure until the smell dissipates. As for the claim that the pillow stays cool... I'm not so sure. It's definitely no more warm than a regular pillow. When I first lay my head down at night the pillow is substantially cooler than a regular pillow. It doesn't last all night but it feels super relaxing. Let's break it down into pros and cons for the TLDR; crowd.Pros:Ample support if you buy one meant for your sleeping position.Nice and chilly when you first lay into it.Relatively well priced in comparison to other brands.Relieves sleep-related stress on shoulders, neck, and back. The standard size is the size of a normal bed pillow.Cons:Slight chemical odor. (Pillow spray is how I got through my week or so of the smell.)Requires annoying extra step of putting it into a pillow protector so the pillowcase won't slip off.Debatable if the pillow stays cool all night or not.If you buy the wrong type of pillow for your sleeping position, you're going to have a bad time.
