Broken Rain Shower Head - No Response
Bought TWO of these shower systems. We actually loved them, but inaction to respond to a broken rain shower head under a year after it was professionally installed prompts this rating. All I asked for was a replacement rain shower head and/or a contact to discuss the situation...I received neither. IF I hear from the seller to resolve this issue, I'll happily remove this rating as it was a great product before it broke...but for $400+ it should work for years...not months.
