I actually ordered this from their official websitecan't adjust the parts even removed the whole screw out. (check the image)Can't contact their support, so emailed them. Have not heard anything from them for 3 days.Not sure how to return or replace this. Do not get their product from their website.Update:1. I got an email from Humanscale about 3 days later2. they provided me with instructions for the wrong product3. request for the replacement for the parts hold monitors onlyplease be aware, if this part is stuck or not working, you will NOT be able to use this product at all4. about one month later, I finally got the part. BUT, it is NOT WORKING. STILL DEFECTIVE. IT IS STUCK.your monitor can only face to ceiling or floor. NO WAY to adjust5. I have to return them both new replacement part and their arm piece6. I have to say the refund part was okay and the return was easy. (received email with FexdEX return labels)BUT, their product is TERRIBLE. I PAID ABOUT 500 USD. I NEED SOME GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT. This one is NOT even WORK.NOT recommended about this product.MAYBE I was out of luck for TWO times.original product is not working and replacement also not working.
