Good product but needed some modifications
I ordered one cap and there was some material sticking out of the seam at the top of the brim so I returned it and got a replacement. The replacement was less comfortable, the way it is constructed and the materials used mean that the lining of the cap is quite firm and it is trimmed down along the edge along the inner circumference, and doesn't fit as comfortably as a cotton baseball cap. However I can understand they want to use a polyester/nylon mix as it is more hard wearing and will last longer. I had to trim the inside circumference at the front where about 0.5 to 1cm of material stuck out from the seam to make it more comfortable, and at the very front it was thicker and quite uncomfortable. When I wore the hat it would dig into my forehead and leave an imprint on my forehead for a few hours. So I discussed it with MD and after trimming down the material, which was hard as you couldn't easily get the right angle, it was more comfortable but still stuck into the forehead too much for my liking. The issue seems to be the brim doesn't have enough curvature for my head shape, so I asked MD again and was told the brim was made of plastic not cardboard, which is also good for longevity, but I had to heat up the brim whilst keeping the brim in a vice to make it more curved, and I did this with a heat gun at 180C for about 5 to 10 mins, and after letting it cool down, the front of the hat is pushed forwards more now so it doesn't dig into my forehead. So I am now happy with it. The photo is after I trimmed it.It is still very hot compared to other baseball caps because of the synthetic material but part of that is due to the fact that the baseball cap covers more of the head compared to others that sit higher up on the head. The inner lining of the hat is not just silver coated thread like most of these types of caps you see for sale, so is harder wearing and better for EMF protection. I did a quick and dirty test with my microwave meter with a mobile number under the hat and it seems to eliminate about 80% of radiation. On another note, I've washed it twice so far, handwash, in a bucket of detergent, having gone over the edges that get greasiest with a toothbrush with washing up liquid, and all is ok except the rivet in the top of the cap on the inside is badly corroded now, evidently it not stainless steel but some cheap alloy or regular steel. So I have put some masking tape over it so I don't get rust on the top of my head.So I'm pleased with the purchase overall, but may buy another brand to use in addition when it is hotter. So overall, a good hat but I think the excess material on the inside could be trimmed down slightly more and the fixing on the back could be better if it used the synthetic material with a buckle like on most baseball caps rather than a plastic snap on design which might not last long term given how robust the rest of the cap is.

Won't protect you from the government snooping on your thoughts - AVOID.
I bought this after a series of episodes in which I had been followed down the freeway sometimes for several minutes by vehicles which had obviously been purposely chosen to look like they weren't owned by government agents. This happened after I contemplated not getting vaccinated. Coincidence? I think not. so I bought this hat, and exactly the same thing happened! AVOID!

Plastic fastener let's it down.
Nice hat, well made and feels quality. Three stars because despite being a quality made hat they then used a cheap plastic fastener at the back for the size adjuster. In my experience these break easily. Not good on a quality hat at this price.
