I used on a mare that was border line thin soles it has seemed to help. It works & ive seem the results in growing hoofs out.

Noticeable improvement!
I’ve noticed an improvement in my horse’s hooves in one month. The area that is growing in has no cracks, and looks much healthier.

My mare refused to eat this supplement. Has a strong pungent unpleasant odor.
Has a strong unpleasant odor and simply opening the container in the feed room caused me to head for fresh air. The mare I intended to supplement with this simply refused to eat it, leaving behind all of her feed. Thinking that she would finally break down and eat, I tried it another 2 days with fresh mixes morning and evening, which she also refused. The third day I skipped adding the Farriers Formula, and she ate without problem. Farriers Formula went into the trash, and I switched to Animed powder, which she is eating just fine. Perhaps I received a bad or contaminated container?
