Simply put, I love this product. I have had to use Metamucil for close to 7 years. And it has literally saved my life. So I won't knock Metamucil. But I have never liked having to drink it. I have tried other capsulated forms of psyllium husk and not had any results worth writing home about. But after having read some reviews on this, the price, the quantity of capsules and the grams per capsule I decided I would try one more time. And folks I've got tell you, this really works. And works better than Metamucil. Because it softens the stool too. Since I purchased this product I haven't had one mixture of Metamucil. And it's been right at a month. Even though the other worked, it was still like having a baby. Not so with this. Just take at least half a dozen per day, and you'll be on a regular schedule, without any pain. The constipation will go away and you will actually begin to have regular bowel movements. And for me, this is a big deal. I take heavy duty meds that cause this problem. I hate taking the medicine, but I have no choice. So taking these Psyllium capsules sure makes all of this a lot more tolerable, and cheaper I might add, than what I have been doing. This is like a blessing from heaven for me. And I strongly encourage anyone that has similar issues to try this product. It sure beats drinking sludge, no matter what flavor it is. It gets old in a hurry. These go down easy with a mouthful of water or juice and you don't taste a thing.
