The handle incorporated into the frame allows you to mount the diffuser/reflector onto a tripod, light stand or any other type of mountable accessory. Sure it always helps to have an extra set of hands, but you don't always get so lucky.I can only give this 4 stars, however, do to the fact that one end of the zipper line did not have a stopping point sewn in, making it easy for the zippers themselves to slide out. Also the reflecting cover fits incredibly snug around the diffuser. I often fear that I'll accidentally break the zipper trying to get it around. This is a very inexpensive product, so I'm not entirely bothered by it.
