Q: Does this come with the power cord?

yes it does. its about 5 feet long; 3 prong.

Q: Do you need any adapters, other than what comes with it?

If you are doing r134a only then you will not need any adapters. You will however need a vacuum pump.

Q: Will this equipment pull the required vacuum prior to charging?

No this unit will only pull to around 15hg, before the reclaim cycle automatically shuts the it off. You will still need to hook up a good vacuum pump in order to pull the vacuum needed before recharging the system.
