I don't know what it is that makes this product so different than others that are similar, but I've been sleeping better than I have in years.I had asked my doctor to prescribe sleeping pills because I wasn't sleeping at night and I was falling asleep during the day. He suggested that I try this particular product before he'd prescribe anything. I'm glad I did! The first night I fell asleep quickly and slept six hours which was amazing for me.I can't say my results have been great every night, but over the course of six weeks there has been steady improvement most nights and now I sleep 6-8 hours a night almost every night.When I've taken sleeping pills in the past I was always groggy when I woke up and for a few hours afterwards. With Solgar's Sleep, I wake up alert and usually feeling refreshed.

I have ordered this product the second time and it really works for me. Before i used too take bi-layer melatonin 5 mgx2 but this works way much better with the middle layer added with other ingredients. It' a bit pricy but it's worth to get a better sleep than before. It's a personal choice so just like with any other supplement or medication it works differently for each individual. Keep in mind that that these things are mostly a hit and miss but found my hit finally.UPDATE : 08/10/2022. I have been using this product for more than 6 months and it's working like no other melatonin product i have tried before. I guess the combination of the ingredients agree with me so far. It's definitely worth a try.UPDATE: 06/16/2033. This particular product keeps working for me in the same way. I have been buying it for many years now and proved very effective even if I have to take a nap daytime. Please keep it in stock because it really works for me.

I have a hard time getting to sleep at night and I found that this product really helped. A little on the pricey side as most supplements are but since Solgar doesn't sell directly from its own website I bought it through Amazon. The packaging was great (thank God, since the container is glass) and it arrived in a timely manner.

I like these but they’re too strong in the morning I would feel really groggy. BUT I use my pill cutter and cut them in half and then in half again so I only take a quarter of a pill. And that is perfect for me.

didn't fall asleep quickly, didn't stay asleep, and most importantly, didn't wake up feeling refreshed but very groggy instead and "hungover" like from sleep

I LOVE Solgar products. But this one was a little different. It definitely helped me to fall asleep but the next day despite a full night's sleep I'm very drowsy, similar to taking NyQuil or something like that. So while it definitely helps with sleep I can't function at my best during the day the next day

These things are great for a switch up from just plain melatonin. You definitely help me fall asleep and stay asleep without the groggy feeling

It allows me to stay asleep. With melatonin I using get at least 7 hours. Thank you
