My 4 year old loves Bentgo products. With various color and print options to choose from he likes his lunch box along with its matching lunch bag and ice packs. It holds the perfect amount of food and compartments are just the right size and helps to pack variety of food/snacks without any leakage. easy to clean and easier for kids to open the box by themselves.The only reason for giving a 4 star rating is that the latches aren't durable and breaks easily. However Bentgo has got amazing customer service and are quick to respond and solve any issues we had with the bentgo products.

The lunchbox is nicely sized for our elementary age child. Nicely fits a sandwich and sides. Easy for a child to open and close. Overall we've been pleased with the box. Our first Bentgo Fresh box had issues with mold forming on the interior lid after a few months of use and proper washing. We reached out to the company and their service was excellent. They offered suggested options for cleaning and when that didn't resolve the issue they sent us a new box. We're hopeful it was just a fluke and we won't run into any issues with mold with our new box.

My 5 year old uses his Bentgo boxes for kindergarten. They're easy to open and each compartment is sealed to keep his foods fresh. Customer service was so helpful when I called with questions re: replacement parts.

I’ve had two Bentgo Fresh boxes, one of them for over 5 years with zero issues. They hold just the right amount of food, never leak, and are easy to clean. I hand wash the outside and let it air dry completely before using it again. The inside tray is dishwasher safe. But what really shines about Bentgo is their customer service. I had a missing part and they helped me out with it so I didn’t have to buy another whole thing. I have also owned the Bentgo kids and Bentgo chill, and they all have been great quality and amazing lunchboxes. I highly recommend this brand.
