Samsung Galaxy 13.3" 4K Ultra HD Chromebook, 256GB, Intel Core i5 - Fiesta Red (Renewed)

I received my renewed original Samsung Galaxy Chromebook from Amazon.com. It was $980 overall with GST and shipping from the US. I live in Australia. This was released in 2020 and Chrome OS is supported till 2028.It looks and works like new except not in original packaging and a different and fast samsung charger. Has only 90 day guarantee but will see how I go.It is one of the best laptops I have ever used. Period. It is great looking in Red, the screen is out of this world. The keyboard is brilliant to type, soft keys and works really well. The trackpad is sometimes strange especially for zooming in and out. Need to see if that continues.The battery life which was the main concern for people not buying this when it came out 2 years back is actually not bad. 6+ hours till now. I am on 103. Version 104 seems to have better battery life as per my experience on other devices I own. I will upgrade to that when it comes to the stable channel.It is light as a feather and super thin. The integrated stylus is cool and works well if you need it. Fingerprint login works really well.Overall very impressed and very surprised that Samsung did not continue to build on this.

The touch pad lags sometimes also the battery is not very good but it gets me through the day

Great small laptop. Plenty of storage and quick as a whip... Until you hit it with a heavyart program on high resolution settings (mine being clip studio ex). It does lag a good bit when drawing. It takes a while to save as well. The weirdest part is the pressure sensitivity for the pen in clip studio tends to make perfect circle sized blobs on lines when I'm drawing quickly. Because of this it's been relegated to just a computer and not my main art device (which would be my Samsung note 20 ultra)

I got this for whenever I work from home. I honestly don't work from home too often but I really loved everything about this computer. Being refurbished did scare me a little but but the price difference was enough to make me do it. I'm so very glad I did. I got a great deal on a wonderful laptop. The computer looks great and has been running great. The screen quality seems really good and when I use the touch screen I have zero issues. So very happy with my purchase.

I received my samsung galaxy chromebook today.First of all, it was covered in fingerprints and smudges. I understand this is not a brand new computer, but at least have the decency to clean it! I had to go over it with a microfiber cloth on both the outside and the inside in multiple spots.Secondly, the wifi does not work on this laptop when bluetooth is turned on. This is a HUGE issue for me, as I use my laptop for making calls with my bluetooth headset. I tried doing a hardware reset (didn't work), a powerwash (didn't work), so now I'm at a loss for words. How could you send me a laptop that wasn't even at full functionality. It's your job to make sure the product is working correctly.Overall, you could say that I am beyond upset.

I was looking for a good product to use while I’m working real estate and have definitely found it! The speed is very impressive and the features offered are beyond expected. This product is great to carry around and very easy to use! My fiancé is big into gaming and the speeds and visuals are definitely worth the price. Overall the product is very good no complaints!

Ultra thin and lightweight. Runs fast and smooth

Gorgeous screen. Super thin and the built quality is A plus. The speakers are okay. The batteri life is't so good, I'll get about 5 hours, but that's not a problem for me.I use this every day as my main computer.
