Arch Support Shoes for Women with Side Zipper Flat Black Ankle Booties Waterproof Leather Boots Lace up Short Boots

This is misrepresented. There is absolutely no arch support. I bought them for two reasons: 1) the advertised arch support and 2) they were to be water proof. I was frustrated when it came and there was no arch support and just a hard interior. I thought I would at least manage to keep my foot dry, but the first day I wore them it was raining and water did leak into the shoe at the zipper. Then my foot hurt the next day from the lack of support and hard bottom. Then I was told I could not return since they came from China (which I did not understand that when I bought them). They gave me 50% back, but that is no good since the show is useless. There is absolutely no support to this shoe, even my doctor looked at it and confirmed that fact. Do not buy if you want support!

These are the cheapest made shoes ever. I am returning them. They feel like paper when you put them on. There is no arch support and they are way too small (ordered larger size to accommodate for thick socks). So disappointed in this product; was so looking forward to receiving them.

I knew I was ordering something cheap but I only need them for a week so I figured they would do. Because they were so cheap I ordered a half size bigger than what I wear. If you are ordering these I would suggest a full size larger than what you wear. When I tried to unzip them to take them off I didn’t think I was going to be able to. Because of the way they are made you can only unzip them about 3/4 of an inch before the zipper snags on the inside making it almost impossible to unzip. Take a good look at the picture I attached and you will easily see the flaw in the design. I would not recommend.

The boots appeared as described when I received them, but the ankle openings are disproportionately small to the rest of the boot. I cannot wear them, and a larger size wouldn't improve things. When I contacted the seller, they offered to let me keep the boots and give me a 60% refund. Since it would cost too much to ship them back I agreed to that. I am still waiting for my refund.

I read most of the reviews and maybe the seller has worked on both their customer service and the product bc I love them! I’m flat foot so these certainly do have arch support in them u feel like a little heel. The color of the cheetah red ones are gorgeous. They pop the only difference is that faded look in the picture isn’t in the fabric it’s just a beautiful bright red w cheetah print. I wore them in melting snow today and had no issues with keeping my feet dry. So I’m not sure why buyers are saying they’re not waterproof I jumped in wet snow w my 4 yr old lol. My only complaint was that they didn’t have a bigger size in this color. They run true to size. They came in about 13 days. Amazon messes up on the tracking dates horribly. Use the tracking number provided by the seller and you’ll be up to speed. For the record I’m not getting anything for my review, I just believe in properly informing the consumer.

I should know better than to buy shoes from China. Why do they always have such round toes? And usually they are too wide! I have always wondered if woman in China could wear these shoes. And these are so cheap looking and no support.

I got the 6.5-7 and they were just a little snug, so I ordered a second pair. These are the CUTEST boots y'all and this seller is the bomb! It takes a minute to get them, but they are worth the wait and the seller genuinely cares about you! Thank y'all!

Smaller than expected. Or a size or 2 up. Ordered a 8 and couldn't get but half my foot inside

My wife loves it. Soft and light and the size fits perfectly for her.
