The pens is very beautiful. The ink quality of the pen is nice. Writes smoothly and clearly - no skips in the ink. The engraving is beautiful. I ordered 6 of these pens to give as a gift for an upcoming event. I can't wait to share them with others. I look forward to purchasing more in the future.

This was the perfect gift for a co-worker moving to a new job. I was especially pleased the pens were available in her favorite color, and could be personalized with a nice choice of fonts. I was not prepared for the FAST and accurate service. That was a wonderful surprise, and assured that the gift would arrive on time. My only disappointment was the enclosure illustrating how to install replacement ink cartridges, which were a bit unusual so the directions would have been helpful. But the instructions were a large page (would not have fit into the nice gift box), and looked very messy, as though run through a very bad copier too many times. So, I chose to not include with the gift, and I hope the receiver will be able to figure out the refills. Other than that, very pleased, and good quality for the price.

This is a nice pen, it makes a nice gift. The one thing that I dislike is that one of the ink cartridges is not working. It tends to slide up into the barrel when writing.

I ordered this pen set in purple to present as a birthday gift, and my friend absolutely loved them!!! They are beautiful, and well worth the money, and I will definitely order them again. Plus the company Express Pencils offers superior service.

This pen set is exactly as described & pictured. It made a perfect gift for a young teen.

Simple, easy Gift. Not, super fancy, but good for everyday use. Also, you get to pick your font, name, saying, etc. They also arrived relatively quickly, about four to five days.
