There's no option for a quad-Sidewinder setup. Otherwise seems OK.

This model is super small

I bought this because i was unable to find an F-14D tomcat in the 1:72 scale.when i got the the model i opened it and did the standard check to see if all the pieces were there only to find out that it was missing the canopy of the aircraft. then i tried to email meggahobby to see if i could get the part sent to me or if i could possibly have an entirely new kit sent to me, but it has been several days and i got no email back. so i finally just gave up on them and took some clear plastic casing from several different things and used and exacto knife and super glue to make a canopy. word of advice folks, do not expect any customer service from meggahobby.

Certainly not the definitive model of this aircraft, but goes together well, with the standard breakdown of tomcat parts. Very similar th the Revel kits

Modello in scala 1/72 del celebre caccia americano. Nel complesso giudizio positivo sia per i dettagli che per la facilità di assemblaggio. Purtroppo l'unica nota negativa (abbastanza grave secondo me) è la scomposizione del tettuccio dell'abitacolo, il cui frame inferiore è in un pezzo separato dalla restante parte trasparente, rendendone particolarmente difficoltoso il montaggio. Il rischio è di far intravedere sgradevoli segni di colla proprio sulla parte trasparente (che generalmente è anche l'ultima che viene montata, a colorazione completata).

Un modello stupendo con decals Cartograf, Academy personalmente è sempre un sinonimo di qualitá e alto dettaglio, unico neo, troppi segni di estrattori nel vano carrello anteriore!
