System MTN and APX Complete Men's Snowboard Package : Featuring System's MTN snowboard designed to float in powder, power through trees and still handle park laps for day, this thing is a powerhouse. Then we added Systems APX bindings, a leightweight performance driven binding that will excel your riding. Finally we added System's comfort focused APX boots to build a complete snowboard package that can take you anywhere on the mountain! System MTN Snowboard : Starting with the all new CRCX camber profile, the MTN is a rocker dominant "camber-rocker-camber" profile which greatly increases float in powder and elevates your contact points to ensure you never catch an edge. The small cambered sections in the nose and tail only engage when you tell them to, and create explosive pop for ollies and jumps. The MTN then received a major core upgrade with their all new 3D core! this ultralight core centers around tip to tail Poplar wood with two high density stringers running just outside the center of the board. Then an artisan grade heartwood stringer is placed down the center of the board to create one of the most powerful and explosive cores on the market! A twin design makes this board at home riding regular or switch. System APX Bindings: One of the lightest binding, the APX offers unparalleled performance. It has an absolute wish list of features. Full length EVA base pad. Either-Or toe strap that can be ridden toe cap style or over the forefoot. Gel insert contoured straps. Inside routed ladder straps, Aluminum 4 tooth ratchets, 15% fiber inclusion in both the baseplate and the highback, anatomically correct footbed! APX Boots : Simple and classic styling allows these boots to optimize features like metal hooks for superior lace hold and lasting power. Combined with the newest tech like the Thermofit heat moldable liners for customizable fit and an articulating cuff for smooth flex, you just can't find a better quality boot.

Only bad thing about this is the bindings SUCK they go around the toes and barely fasten.
Only bad thing about this is the bindings SUCK they go around the toes and barely fasten. If you buy this set, go ahead and get new bindings that go over the mid foot

Solid set-up
Everything was perfect, I personally like to ride everywhere. This board has been amazing for the mountain and the terrain park. Rides super well through powder and Iโm able to board slide every box at the resort. Feels comfy after riding all day and Iโve had no issues thus far. Such a good deal compared to other brands. If you are new to riding and on a budget then look no further I would buy this right now!

Great Package for a Beginner
Beginner level here. We'll start with the board.Board came as presented on the website and it handles very nice. The board does not come detuned- meaning, all the edges around the board are sharp. To get the board ready for snow, the edges on the tip/tail must be filed off to make them dull. Otherwise, you risk the possibility of your tip/tail catching on to something if you were to lose your balance, for example. I ended up going to a ski shop to ask how to exactly detune the board. The video below does a good job depicting what needs to be done. At the shop, they just grabbed a file and filed it off with no additional work and it handled fine. On the video, they go through some extra steps, which I guess is user dependent.[...]Bindings- they're of "OK" quality. I YouTubed how to properly place them on the board and it was pretty straight forward. I suggest you do the same as a beginner. They did their job and kept my feet on the board. However, after a couple of runs, one of the release mechanism (Lever that you pull to release the strap) extensions broke, which made it harder to release my foot after a run but it still works.Boots- True to size, comfortable and easy to walk in.I say this board is a great buy for beginner levels. Definitely a step up from rentals. Beats waiting in line and after a couple visits to the mountain the board practically pays off itself with the money you would've used for renting. I gave this a 4/5 stars due to having to detune the board and the issue with the binding.Suggestions:- YouTube before doing anything with the board or go to a ski shop and ask- Buy a stamp pad (Basically its a pad with a sticker) you stick it on the board and when you deboard the ski lift you place your rear foot on it to give you a grip (You will only have your front foot strapped to the board- your front foot leads the board off the ground once on you get picked up by the ski lift and leads the board to the unloading area). I placed my stump pad just to the left of my rear binding.

Did every trail at Mammoth mountain with this package, no problems
I was skeptic about buying a snowboard set through Amazon, but when it arrived it was as clean and expected as it looked online. I'm 5'4 and I believe I got the 153cm size board. Been snowboarding for 3 years so far. Did every single trail over the course of 2 days at Mammoth mountain and had no problems. Bombed hills, did a few jumps, few boxes, board held up really well. Bindings stayed together and board was just the right amount of flex that I wanted.Only thing I would recommend is that if you're an intermediate/advanced, you'd probably want to invest in better boots. These will get the job done as it brought me through two whole days at Mammoth.. But if I had some better quality Burton snowboard boots I would've had an even better time. The shoelaces on these boots are low quality, maybe that would be the absolute first upgrade I would do.All in all, if you're looking for a reasonable priced, quality snowboard package that'll get the job done, at $300 you can't complain!

Good downhill snowboard
This board is seriously not that bad at all for down hill snowboarding. If you arenโt doing anything too crazy this board is for you. I live in MA so the slopes are pretty icy. The boards edges are pretty sharp allowing it to easily grip to the ice. I also took it into the terrain park and it was still easier to maneuver. The one thing I also liked was the stiffness of the board. It makes it a lot easier to get some height when popping ollies.

Awesome for Beginners, but one problem I encountered
Overall very pleased with look and promptness of delivery! However, the binding for the toe strap is too short given the overall size of the toe of the boot that is sold with it.I'm a size 11 (which isn't too large) and am hoping I can get larger toe straps sent to me. I've got a great new product that I can't use because the toe of my boot won't fit within the bindings. Unfortunately, I'll have to send it back if this can't be resolved.

Great deal -- love everything with only minor quips
Great deal overall. Unbelievable to get a full package with what it probably costs to rent twice.I bought the 159 and size ten boots for reference I'm 5"11 and 185. Do the measurements for the boots. The board DOES NOT NEED TO BE DE TUNED according to the seller so it really is ready to ride. I have used it three times and here's my thoughts.1) board is great looking. Responsive.2) everyone in other reviews says bindings are sub par. I disagree. The straps feel premium and have a good heft to them. The highbacks leave a bit to be desired but that's minimal in big picture.3) boots. While comfy and perfectly functional, not the most stylish I think this is what I while upgrade first. But again, price can't complain. And they are very comfortable which is why I didn't dock a star.I'm a beginner overall so didn't Want to spend a ton on a board while I learn. Love this boards look and feel overall and price is best you will fine. Second the stomp pad suggestion!
