What is the difference between filters 26300-35503 and 26300-35504? Will the same end cap wrench fit both?

There is no discernible difference, and the -04 part number directly supersedes the -03 part number. Yes, the same tool will fit.

Does the 10 oil filter also come with 10 of the crush washers for the drain plug?

I ordered 6 in 2019 and it did come with crush washers, howver, the ID did not match my 2014 Elantra GT, so I had to get some elsewhere.

26300-35505 is the new replacement for 26300-35504. Amazon must fix their auto parts fit system?

New or old it fits my 2013 Sonata.
