Does not fit trama supplies very well
Although it has a sleeve for trauma shears it dosnt have room for a H bandage. It barely fits combat gauze. It just dosnt hold the typical supplies you would expect in a IFAK. No room for a soft-t or a Cat TQ. Really Its more of a Boo-boo kit then a trauma one. It holds bandaids and travel sized bottles of aspirin and ibuprofen well but nothing to really treat any serious injuries. It's a decent pouch and it appears to be well made. It didn't work for what I initially wanted to use it for but I think it would be a decent kit to keep in a hiking backpack or a tackle box.

Great insert for emergency medical kit
If you have anything with velcro patches, then you can securely attach this bag for quick removal using the handles to tear it off. It opens up to reveal various pockets and stretchy rings for securing small bottles and vials, instruments, etc. You can also leave it secured and open it up in place for access to its contents while it is still attached. I carry this inside my travel bag and it holds the pharmacopeia of medications I must take several times a day, after surviving deadly traumatic injury to my thorax. My medic-alert ID tells others they can find my medication inside this insert, and where to find the insert in my bag. If you know anyone who has an active lifestyle but who must have quick access to lots of emergency medication, this solves the problem. And it's extremely well made by Helikon, which makes crazy nice gear. Recommended.

great bit of kit
if you have not heard of Helikon Tex they are from Poland and have been making tactical gear for over 35 years. the products, especially their bushcraft kit, are very well thought out and functional. this med pouch is very nice it is just the right size for an EDC pack or as an insert in a backpack for hiking or hunting. it is very well laid out and functional allowing for great organization of your first aid equipment and rapid indexing of needed items.

great little med pouch
great little med pouch, While it does fit my Trauma gear, 6 inch Israeli bandage, Hyfin chest seals, Combat Guaze, SOFT TQ, Standard H Guaze and Mini Roll Duct tape. There are not necessarily spaces designed for these items, I think this may been designed for more of a BooBoo kit. THis pouch seems well made a of good materials, I am going to load it up and carry it in addition to my IFAK and see how it goes. I think it would be neat for Helikon Tex to made a vehicle headrest adapter and a belt mountable pouch or just add some mole straps to this one.

Well made but not well thought out
I really wanted to like this med pouch. However, it’s size and layout leaves me trying to find a use for it. The pockets are too small for a tourniquet and the elastic loops are too small for a compression bandage or Gauze rolls. If this pouch was about 50 percent larger and with larger elastic loops it would make a great trauma kit pouch.

Very limited to what you can do with it.
Nice little med kit, it cant hold a lot or big items like quick clot comfortably. But if your just trying to have something small for minor wounds then it's not a bad kit. It is limited on what you can fit in it and it is mapped oddly for storage

Great little med pouch
I bought it so I could add a smaller med kit to my EDC system. I do like its compactness, and it's well built. I own several articles of clothing, and gear made by Helikon Tex. Very happy with them all. The only problem with this unit occured when I packed a little too much into one of the inner mesh compartments, and a small tear formed.

Have the product on hand when filling it up!
I liked the loops in the insert as it had the ability to keep bottles of saline and chlorhexidine wash.. however, an error in my part, was to purchase the large bottles, which were too long to fit sideways in the insert.I also liked that it had more storage slots and areas compared to the mini med.. I will be trying to arrange the items between the 2 med pouches..
