Lovely just how I like it

My first purchase of this product and I love it. Great flavor will certainly order it again.

Pack of 2, they are made in Thailand. It tasted good with sashimi. I normally use Wasabi paste + soy sauce, sometimes find it hard to mix well, this one in liquid form mix better with soy sauce. another alternative to paste.

I had no idea what to expect this Wasabi sauce to taste like ... was it going to be too spicy hot, have too much flavour (the type of flavour that makes your mouth go into some weird position), or even be completely lacking in flavour. Well, I'm pleased to say that I was very pleasantly surprised.This sauce is lovely, really tasty in a piquant way and definitely not too spicy hot. I genuinely liked it. It looks good too being a bright lime green in colour.I've found many uses for this sauce ... I've added it to curries, chillis , Chinese dishes, Welsh rarebit (this worked really well) and even as a salad dressing.I suppose my only complaint is the price ... I think that £15 (price correct at the time of this review) for two bottles containing 62g each is quite high. Still only a little is needed at a time so these two bottles should last a fair time.I hope you have found my review helpful.

This isn’t what I ordered. I ordered what the description had said, wasabi sauce, 62g in a bottle whereas I received wasabi paste, 43g in a plastic tube.

I think I eat Japanese food as an excuse to eat wasabi. Nothing quite like having the top of one’s skull blown off by an extra-strong helping of wasabi… this won’t get you there. It’s good enough to drizzle on salads though and I’ll probably buy it again when the current bottle runs out.

It is advertised as made with real wasabi, and gluten free. It’s taste is similar but with this, we didn’t have to worry about gluten allergies.
