Wera - 5118156001 2052/6 Kraftform Micro Ballhead Hexagon Electronics Screwdriver Set and Rack, 6-Piece

I've been in electrician for 30 years, and this is a style of control screwdriver that I like. The grip gives you a good torque on screws, and the tips seem to last pretty good. Right now I'm working at a Facebook data center facility outside of Kansas City. I've terminated control wiring on probably 250 devices since I've got these. They work great. And the price is good.

No need to look any further when it comes to this class of tools. Wera sets the bar high. I work on everything from electronics to fishing reels with Kraftforms. They are absolutely outstanding. From grip texture, to tip precision/durability, and overall ergonomics. I can’t fault them in any area and the Laser Points have easily handled any “death screws” I’ve encountered. The quality speaks for itself and these are the real deal.While it’s getting to be further and fewer between, it’s really nice to see there’s still a few tool manufacturers out there that really care about what they produce.Wera is definitely one of them.

Wera makes awesome tools! I stripped a tiny screw head on a watch bracelet using the small screwdriver in a glasses repair kit. I was worried I would not be able to extract it at all. I ordered this set (the whole set was only marginally more expensive than the one driver I needed) was able to extract the screw, and it made the rest of the job all but effortless. Getting the right tool for the jobs saves you time and money in the long run. I have needed these on all sorts of repairs since, they have not damaged any of the fragile tiny screw heads I’ve used them on, and like the bracelet, they generally work on damaged screws too.

The parts house i usually buy these stopped carrying them. Started carrying some Chinese made garbage. These have a good heat treat on the tips at least very durable doesn't deform easily. Good size selection.

I picked these up for working on electrical components and to use the little flat head to pry open a terminal block and land the wires. They are comfortable , well built and go with the rest of my wera gear , as well as reasonably priced!
