Evereze Shop Wet/Dry Vac, Cordless Shop Vacuum 2.5 Gallan,Vechicle Dust Hose Hepa Filtration for Garage, Car, Home & Workshop -V20

I bought the Evereze in July 2021. I am 85 and don't use stuff as much and as quickly as I use to. I used it once and it worked great months later I used it again and it pooped out quickly. Put it on the charger. Never took charge Set it aside. tried to charge a couple of months later same. No charge. To me the unit was new, still had all tools and paperwork . Guarantee said 1 year. I thought here we go, "fight time". . The guarantee card said " a brand from Zero to Hero" yea right, Right? Well, I emailed Everze and hooked up with Nick. Nick ask some questions, and I thought, Hey Nick did you read my complaint. A couple of emails later nick sent me an updated battery. all is well. Hey y'all a Company the honors it's complaints.

I ordered and received the V20 wet/dry cordless shop vac and when it arrived, the battery wasn't in the box. Needless to say I really disappointed so I wrote to Evereze's customer service email address as instructed on the label attached to the vacuum which advertised a response within 24-hours. I was pleasantly surprised when yep they responded the very next day. I described the situation and the very next day their customer service responded again with the promise to send the battery pronto.A few days later, the battery arrived. Now I am using the v20 and so very happy with it. I am sure you will too if you order one. It performs just like the content of their product description, light weight, really good suction, and wonderful not to have to deal with a pluggable product. And like most of us who have to deal with a company's customer service department and getting frustrated over the lack of service, let me just say that this company breaks all the rules and really epitomizes what customer service should be. I bought it to clean my car out, the crevice tool was just what I needed for the door pockets. The battery held up through the entire car, a 2006 Foird Taurus. My biggest complaint is the battery door doesn't fold back far enough to stay open or have plastic stubs on its hinge to hold it open which makes putting in and taking out the battery cumbersome, especially since I had a stroke and don't have use of both hands. I also broke some plastic where the hose sits on the case preventing it from securing down but that's a little more my fault for breaking it and only the maker's fault for having such thin plastic in that spot.

I like the convenience and size but the battery is weak. About to buy a second so I can finish the car in one shot

Needed a more powerful vac for my boat than a dustbuster provides. This one fits the bill. My only small complaints are battery life, battery recharge time and removing the battery to charge it, and the lack of fitting to snap on the accessories which I had to attach a small bag for. Otherwise I would rate it 5 stars, butdefinitely good value for the money.

Great for cleaning the Car. My only complaint is the battery life can barely handle one car cleaning on high suction. The low power mode doesn't seem to dirt or sand up.

Good battery life runs about 30-40 minutes on low speed, great suction. Had an issue with the end of the hose Falling off contacted customer service and was given a replacement at no charge owned vacuum for 6 months now

Perfect for your cars, which was the main reason I bought it. It also has a feature where you can reverse it and it will blow instead of using the suction. The only downfall is the battery life but I bought an additional stronger battery and it lasts double the time. My question is why not get rid of the battery that comes with it and replace it with the stronger one. I bet you’d have a solid 5 star rating if so.
