Quality was good...just did not fit my machine...check your particular style numbers before purchasing!

Perfect fit on my 1995-era Bernina 1000. Allows me to take advantage of the snap-on feet available in a 32-item set by Embroidex.This adapter should also fit my 1976-era Bernina 830 machine.I could attach the feet to a universal low-shank snap-foot adapter and then bolt that to a Bernina adapter for low-shank feet, but this adapter is a much more elegant solution and well worth the additional price.

I am a longtime, knowledgeable, experienced sewer. My Bernina sewing machine was specifically listed as being compatible with this adaptor. I was able to get the adaptor attached to my machine and was able to attach a foot, but the opening for the needle was incorrect despite all my efforts. The needle keeps hitting the foot instead of going through the hole to sew. The placement this adaptor provides for the foot is very wrong. I wonder why they listed my machine when it is not usable for it.

It is a great idea, but didn't work on my Bernina 1250.

Does NOT fit my Bernina 1001! The photo they show is taken from the side so you cannot tell that, instead of two pins in the front, it is a solid bar. Fits onto shank but then nothing can move. I'm glad I turned the hand wheel first; if I had started with the presser foot my machine could have been ruined! What a rip off! They said it fits 1001 but it does not!

Does not work on Bernina 1080 or 1090. Sits too far forward. Needle barely clears the foot. Once a snap on foot is attached, needle hits. Seller says I must use a Bernina snap on foot, even though the description says you can use a generic foot. Also, even though this is Prime, it comes from China and takes weeks. Not worth sending back to China, since I have to pay return postage.

Had to return, the shank moved the clip on foot too far forward and the needle hit the foot plate. The other Honeysew Adapter Low shank worked perfectly.

This is the most expensive of the snap-on adaptor shanks for the Bernina and was a total waste of money! It was advertised as working for the Bernina 1630, but doesn't. Doesn't sit right so it breaks needles. By the time I used it and got around to trying to return it, the time had passed. Would not recommend this for the Bernina 1630 model.

This item does not fit the old style Bernina Sewing Machines. I have an 830 Record and a 1260 and when I attach feet to this adaptor, it sits too far forward and causes the needles to break hitting the feet. I've tried it with a number of different feet with all the same result. Not happy with this purchase as it is useless to me.
