I bought garlic infused olive oil in Florida. I really loved it . It had a really smooth taste. But because I live in Ohio I could not get it here. So I thought I just order this one at Amazon. But it is not the same. I guess they are using a cheaper kind of olive oil.The garlic flavor is not strong and not that smooth as I was used to, too

I use this all the time in dishes where I want the garlic flavor but not the garlic pieces. Nice flavor. Good price.
