So far, not good

So far, no good. I purchased Platinum Brite White Polishing Compound POL-601.00.I'm not a jeweler but I got tired of trotting down to the jewelery store and trying to find parking just to have our platinum rings shined and polished. The jeweler didn't charge me - it's just a pain. SO I bought your product, wrongly assuming there would be instructions. There is nothing.I wrote seller. They said there are no instructions and said to 'search the internet', which of course I'd done before I wrote them for help.This is NOT a happy transaction thus far. This product doesn't seem to respond to water. Bottom line, if I don't hear anything I'm taking this to a one star rating and will return to Amazon for refund. I'd rather have a response and some help, but it doesn't appear it's forthcoming. If I do get help, I'll modify the rating and review.
