I know Healthspan for their quality and marketing so I wasn't surprised to see a well-packaged and described product. The contents are all Vegan compatible. The oval tablets are easy to swallow and don't taste of anything. I think the price is fair for two months' supply of a fairly large dose of vitamin C combined with D3, B12 and zinc.

Everyone is currently hyper-aware as never before of the health benefits in keeping vitamin and mineral levels up. Sometimes this is easy to forget and particularly during winter, levels drop leaving us open to illness and infection. This is a clever balance of Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and added B12 and Zinc to support immunity, four super ingredients in the battle to keep the immune system functioning optimally.The levels of each are as follows: 500 mgs of Vitamin C - a safe level while appreciably higher than the recommended daily dose of 40 - 80 mgs. Vitamin D3 15 micrograms, slightly more than recommended by the NHS at 10 micrograms. Vitamin B12 at 10 micrograms is about four times the recommended dose, but seems excess passes out in urine. Zinc at 5mgs however is less, as 7-9 mgs daily is recommended. None of the doses flags as dangerously excessive.I am going to save these for a health boost in January and February, which seem to be our lowest and darkest months in the UK, but I have taken several days worth to test and found them easy to swallow and palatable.

I was taking vitamin C, D and zinc daily so when I had the opportunity to give these a try I thought they would be perfect for me. Not only do they contain the supplements I normally take but they have the added benefit of B12 too. Flu season is fast approaching, and I want my immune system to be supported to be as healthy as it can be. As well as helping with the immune system they help with tiredness, and also the skin. I am on a weight loss diet and have lost over 4 stones so far with more to go, the more I can do to protect against loose skin the better.The tablets come in a hygienically sealed blister packaging inside a carboard box with clear printing on it. They are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I only need to take one tablet a day. These are excellent value too.

Being a more mature person who likes to keep as healthy as possible, I find that this Healthspan Super C & Vegan D Plus vitamin supplement is perfect for ensuring healthy bones and teeth which are currently a priority at this stage of my life. Although I am not a vegan, I do eat an almost vegetarian diet and I like the fact that the D3 is algal and not derived from animal sources.This is a super combination of Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12 and Zinc which, in one daily tablet, will give a great support to the immune system and ensure you have no deficiencies. The oval shaped tablets, I have found, are easy to swallow with a glass of water and they don’t leave any nasty after-taste. The pack consists of 60 tablets in four blister packs which will give approximately two month’s supply of this excellent product and at this price of just under £9 I think is good value for money.

Our household has regularly used Healthspan products for at least the last 10 years and always find them to be of consistent high quality at affordable prices.I already buy Healthspan's Vitamin D tablets ( and enjoy their delicious vanilla flavour) but was attracted by the combination of Vitamins C, B12, D and Zinc, particularly to give our immune systems a boost over the autumn and winter.I have difficulty swallowing any tablets and these oval-shaped pills were impossible but I had no problems chewing them, ie my normal method of pill-taking. They didn't taste too bad and I've had no stomach irritation during my 2 weeks of usage to date.I like the combination of vitamins and will continue to take these in the future, particularly during the winter months.

At the recommended dose of one tablet a day, as there’s 60 in the box there’s enough to last for two months which I think is good value for money. I’ll be buying them in the future.
