I bought this because I am niw teaching from home and I am not used to sitting while I work. I bought this so I could use it under my dest and get in mini elliptical workouts during natural breaks throughout the day ( 3-5 min.) i managed to get in a total of 30 minutes. Next week I am going to do 30 minutes using this machine as I am standing. This was easy to put together. I did it myself one evening while watching TV. It is heavy, but i can move it from place to another without any assistance. This is very practical for those who think they do not have time to work out. This product is made of quality materials. It is a wonderful piece of exercise equipment for this price. I LOVE this and I wish I had ordered it earlier. It is a great stress reliever after a long day. The best part is that it is easy to use in both sitting or standing positions.

Great no frills workout device. no The instructions are a bit sketchy, but take the time to read them, had to refer to the pictures here for more visual guidance, took an hour for me to assemble. Once assembled and started using it runs very quiet. For the price w/coupon I am very pleased I got it. Would recommend it. Since I am unable to use my gym during Covid, it's a great alternative.

This is definitely a better design than most other ellipticals in this price range. The wheels roll over the thick welded arm rather than just stamped steel that bends. No squeaks when pedaling, but mine does make a muted clicking sound. Assembly was relatively easy, about 15 min, though I did have to backtrack and undo/redo something at one point because the instructions didn’t make it super clear. Overall very pleased.

This is awesome, yesterday l was using this stepper and talking to my sister and l didn’t realize l been peddling quite awhile. Shew l am sore lol! I am handicapped and this is a huge help keep barely used muscles tone. It has tension adjustment. Highly recommend. It was a little hard to assemble, pay attention to the bars that the foot plates go on. I had to unassembled it twice cause those bars ended up stuck under it. Lol! Need to be little more information in the directions. Even though it was aggravating for me to assemble it is worth it.

No user manual available. The assembly directions were confusing. Having said that, the actual product is very good.Product support is very poor.

This has been the beat product ever! I love that while working from home I can still get exercise!! It fits perfect under my desk!

Very easy and adjustable to walk on without support. I use it often at my stand up desk.

Works great. Was a little hard to put together, but I'm disabled .
