If you’re looking for an incredibly firm pillow, this is it. A lot of pillows say they are firm. Not like this one. My kids like to make fun of me for how firm it is. This is the only pillow I can sleep on. They don't last as long as they used to. Not sure what is different.

My families go to pillow. I struggle with neckPain and my other pillows would always just go so flat within a week. These are so nice and they are cool , they don’t get hott and sweaty. We have been buying these for years now and i don’t see us stopping

I just got another one of these pillows at HomeGoods and it had a tag on it. The one I got from Amazon did not. Until I read the tag I didn't realize this is so firm because it is intended to be customized by the new owner after purchasing. After I removed a sizeable amount of the filling it is now my favorite pillow to use. I do own and have been using the other "my pillow" for about 6 years but for some reason they seem to be getting slimmer and have less filling over the years. Our first set that we purchase was nice and firm, and very full of filling. Not so much the new ones we got last year, and they are a lot more expensive than these Bamboo Miracle pillows. While on vacation in Florida in February we rented a house that has these Miracle Bamboo pillows and I fell in love with them. So I ordered one and I just found it to be too firm. I bought a second one last week and because it had a tag one it, I discovered I could remove some of the fill very easily and once I did, it is now perfect. I kept the filling in a plastic zip bag because I am sure as it ages I will need to add it back in to keep the firmness. I have to also mention that the zip bamboo cover is so soft and substantial, well worth the price just for that comfy cover. My friend recently asked me if it was "cooler" than other pillows, and I can't say that I find it any different as far as temperature when sleeping on it. But with the right amount of fill for me, side sleeping is now a dream, no pun intended.

I love 💘 the product, it gives me a great sleep. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable pillow.

I’m not a person who gives out bad reviews left and right, or one who writes a review at all. But I felt like I had to say something to give a warning to people because this product literally turned out to be a nightmare!!I wanted to buy a Miracle Bamboo pillow because the first time I slept on one was at a friend’s house over a year ago, and it was probably one of the best night’s of sleep I’ve had. So I read the reviews, watched the ad and ordered one with really really high hopes for that best night of sleep again.It came super stuffed and I ended up taking about half of the stuffing out to fit my preferences. I slept on it for a night, and when I woke up there was a dent where my head was that took a bit to rise and reshape itself. My neck also hurt and I figured it was because it was too low for me, so I stuffed it some more and slept on it again. Same thing. Point is— it’s hard to estimate how much to stuff it because throughout the night, it contours and flattens. The tiny stuffing pieces makes this possible, but also doesn’t give you an even density throughout the pillow. So if you want firmness and consistent support, this isn’t the product for you. It’s definitely my fault for having this expectation.What I didn’t expect was how terrible it was to take out/put in the stuffing. It seemed so intuitive and easy. But what they don’t tell you is how AWFUL it smells, like plastic from a factory which, duh, it is, but they say the smell will go away within a day or two but it doesn’t. Also, if you’re someone who has sensory issues, DON’T GET THIS because it sticks to ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. My clothes, surrounding furniture, my hands and arms, the vacuum I used to suck it all up… I’m sure I’ll be finding stuffing for a while.I figured hey, I’ll keep it and give it to a family member or friend. No. When I went to zip it up one last time, the zipper literally slid right off, and that was my 4th time zipping it closed in the week that I had this product. Wasn’t rough with it or anything. I gave up, shoved everything into the bag and prayed I could return it.Turns out I didn’t even need to do all of that because I got a return-less refund. Which makes sense because who in their right mind wants to deal with this return process!!Anyhow, my favorite thing about this item is the pillowcase itself. 5/5 stars just for that.I’m glad that this works for many people but my journey to finding the right pillow definitely did not get off to the best start with this product. Hope this review helps someone and saves them a headache!

I will update my review once I've used the product.But without a pillowcase now I'm sure I'll miss out on a few benefits of it.

For years I have struggled to get the right pillow to support my neck and upper shoulders. I sleep both on my stomach and both sides. These pillows have allowed me to sleep and not wake up sore in the morning. Highly recommend for everyone
