JOYOTremolo Mini Pedal for Electric Guitar Effect - True Bypass Ironman Series (Molo-Trem JF-325)

Price, Durability, Function, Sound, Size? This little pedal checks all the boxes for me. If you just need something solid and dependable for a reverb without all the frills, then look no further. For the price it can't be beat. Built like a tank, has a protective cover to save your knobs (and settings) from getting accidentally broken (or moved). Works flawlessly as it should. The knobs and switches feel sturdy and don't wiggle or feel frail. Don't let the size fool you either... Sure it's small but it fits literally anywhere on my board and sounds pretty damn good for a (twenty some) dollar reverb pedal. The one draw back in my mind is that the power socket is near the input jack which makes it tough to place with 90degree jumpers. (They tend to get in each others way) But, if it were on the front like most, I'm sure someone would say it's inconvenient for their set up so I don't take any points off for this. It has to go somewhere so pick your battles. To me, next to the cord input is never ideal. All in all a solid all around pedal, well worth the price! Also, just some food for thought, The company has been very good communicating (with me at least) when I have had any issues. Some (A lot actually) don't care and will never even answer an email or phone call. Just sayin.

I got this pedal because I was trying to build an amp-less rig so I could plug directly into a PA system. Though this didn’t quite make that happen, it’s still an awesome sounding pedal.Pros:- Has a nice light drive character (loose grit)- Voice knob helps control the midrange, works well in conjunction with the drive knob to keep your sound cleaner or give more bite- Takes other drive/distortion pedals well - even warms up the sound of harsher sounding fuzzes (just a touch)- Small footprint makes for easier placement on a pedalboard- Metal case is sturdy and protective lid keeps your settings dialed in during transit- Super affordableCons:- Not enough clean headroom to act as an a replacement for a good preamp (volume at 4 o’clock and drive at 9 o’clock is at about unity with the bypassed signal; push the drive past 9 and it starts to break up)- Without an IR/Cab simulator pedal (or if not played through a decent speaker cabinet), the drive is a bit fizzy sounding- Tone control knob has no noticeable effect unless pushed to the extremes (all the way up gives a slight treble boost, all the way down gives a slight high-cut)- Side-mounted power jack is awkward on my pedalboard (this is more of a personal preference)Overall, this is a really nice preamp pedal at this price point (and size), but I just wish it had a little more clean headroom and more tone control. Would recommend for a budget pedalboard or for use as a light overdrive.

This is an AMAZING, FULL sounding "BluesDriver" type overdrive, in a TINY, cool pedal! I've been searching for the PERFECT overdrive for me for MONTHS, and now I've found it! I've tried TONS, but one thing that most (if not ALL) of them had is that annoying (to me) "mid hump" that boosts your mids... Some guitarists like it so they can "cut through the mix", but not me... So, if you actually LIKE the way your amp sounds, and you want to KEEP the tone, but just add some "breakup", THIS is the one! Not only that, but it ACTUALLY HAS A BASS CONTROL! Most just have a "tone" control for your high frequencies... This pedal is a low to mid gain overdrive that sounds great... You can't get crushing Metallica style distortion out of it (unless you push an already distorted amp) but it WILL get you some AMAZING, FULL, classic rock and blues tones... And it won't take up much of your pedalboard doin it! And here's another thing; This lil guy LOOKS really cool and unique! It has a little tinted hatch that folds down over your controls so they STAY where you put them... I'll admit, at first I wondered WHY it had TWO led lights, but when I closed the "hatch" I saw why; It illuminates the "JOYO" logo on it, and gives it a really cool, unique vibe in a cookie cutter pedal world where MOST of 'em look the same... All in all, a GREAT, FULL SOUNDING overdrive, that's super functional, looks cool, and it's an AMAZING value at this price...

Old review: I got this to go along with with my Joyo amp. The signal level SUCKS! Even when I turn the line live all the way up you can barely hear the effect. The effects it make sound great, just not strong enough.Update! I tried the pedal on a different amp and it works great. The effects were full and easy to use. It's a small pedal so if you're looking to add delay on a crowded board. This one is great. I DO recommend the pedal. Originally I said it didn't work with my Joyo amp but there could have been a cable problem. I switched out cables and it works fine. I have the Zombie and it shreds!

I bought the Raptor Flanger pedal, my first in this series. I definitely was not prepared for how tiny the pedal is, but it was nicely packaged and the construction is very solid. Given the size of the pedal the four knobs are tiny and a little difficult to manipulate with my big fingers. My concerns about the pedal end with the size and ergonomics, as this is a really good sounding and useful flanger pedal with a lot of adjustability. It's a keeper based on the variety and quality of the soundscapes it can produce. I'm using it primarily with hardware synths, mostly Eurorack and it fits in well with the sounds I'm pumping through it. Definitely a lot of bang for the buck. The white LEDS are pretty blinding when the cover is open. Since there are two LEDS I wish one would pulse in conjunction with the speed setting, but I can't complain given the pedal's price point.

Great reverb for the price, really like the plate reverbno background noise and really clearIf your looking for a low priced reverb try this
