The glass is nicer than I even expected. Just one problem. I paid the $17.99 and only received one glass! Had to send it back and reorder. They couldn’t just send me another glass. Keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll get 2 glasses on my new order.

It's a quality product, sturdy and nice to look at, it's a piece of artwork really. I hope you have big, strong hands to grip it. The gel is throughout the entire mug which is great and not great. It's great in that the entire drink is chilled and not just the bottom like most mugs. However, it also is spread thin so it quickly defrost. Is that terrible? No, it's a nice mug I recommend it. But, it you leave it around while working in the yard, it will defrost quickly.

This item is the truth, keeps any beverage ice cold.. It might take a few minutes for the beverage inside glass to get ice cold, but after a few minutes, it is totally ice cold, sometimes the beverage will turn to a light slush...

I wanted a large cup that would keep my drinks cold for longer and that’s exactly what this did.

This cup chills on the freezer. Yes it’s cold which is good , but note that this cup is also extremely fragile when chilled. I pulled it straight from the freezer and it slipped from my and broke. Took a big chip from the top where you drink from. Obviously not safe to drink from anymore as it is broken and sharp edged. Anyways it was a lot smaller than it looks as well. So it doesn’t hold that much.

Lately all the freezer mugs I have bought have developed large cracks in them - except this model! Worthwhile investment!
