short circuit and load tested ok
Needed replacement for blown 3A fuse in 24V control circuit to HVAC. Replaced fuse and it blew again so that indicates there is short circuit protection. After replacement of shorted relay coil, the next fuse held and the circuit worked.So the fuses seem to protect the circuit from shorts, while still carrying the load current. That is not a precise test, but it tells me the fuses are probably ok, and they are reasonably priced
