Onyx 137000-701-999-16 Re-Arming Kit for Model 1309 , Black , 16g

There are a number of similar PFD's which take 16g CO2 cartridges and have those little green Halkey-Roberts pins, and I have one. Good price.

This did not fit for what I needed, but it is exactly as described in original packaging, shame that I can not return.

You can get the gas cylinder for a couple of bucks, pins are about $1.50 each, so why does this cost $10 (when I bought it)? According to my friend who does cost accounting in manufacturing, it's the cost of the plastic blister pack and the cost of the color printed card and the cost of folding and the cost of putting everything into the package probably costs as much as the cylinder and pin if not more. Those things are much more expensive, per unit, at "smaller" scales. This is not a product that sells millions of units.So, you can buy 16 Gram CO2 cartridges and pins and make your own kits and it comes out to $2 to $2.50 a recharge.But for some people the safe easy choice is worth a few dollars and that's why this is still a worthwhile product even at this price.

FYI - TSA May confiscate this even if the airline policy explicitly allows it. Agents have discretion so you would be wise to stock up on extras. I never had to deploy one so can’t speak to quality but I don’t think these have expiration dates.

I don’t plan on anything happening to where I need to deploy my PFD but for a just in case I ordered a extra so I can just reload and keep it going.

The installation instructions had enough detail. I was able to match the model number to my Onyx personal flotation device.

Best price - has rearming pin included, but not called out in description

I rearmed my belt according to the instructions, but when I VERY gently pushed the indicator pin in, it broke right away. I knew those pins were very fragile so I really did not use much force at all - I know my belt is armed, but using it without the indicator pin defeats the purpose.
