Glass bottle or plastic?

Mine was glass, that purchase was a while back and don't know if they have changed. Used it for a beef jerky recipe and it was great.

How do you use liquid smoke with electric grills? Do you just pour it on your meat?

I checked with my wife. The liquid smoke is too thin to just pour on the meat. It is excellent if you mix it into a marinade.

if one 16-0z bottle is $9.98 (.62/oz), how are two 16-oz bottles at 12.49 listed as .78/oz?? that doesn't make sense

I usually use a tablespoon or two depending on the meat. I use a little more on a whole chicken. Play around with it. Start small. Enjoy!
