The PROAIM Professional Speech Teleprompter (TP-SPH-01) was delivered in a timely manner. In due time I was able to set it up in about 10minutes and downloaded the manual. This PROAIM Professional Speech Teleprompter is robust and its wheels make it easy to move accross smooth even surfaces indoors such over studio, laminate flooring or outdoor even pavestones. When we returned to use the TP-SPH-01 it would not work. Embassingly on calling the ProAim Tech Support through Amazon we found that we had made a mistake having turned the holder for the 60/40 Beam Splitter Glass the wrong way around. Embarassment! ProAim Tech Support are also looking into a bag/ case descrepancy in the original product details, date of purchase and the updated product details. The structure of the Speech Teleprompter appears with care to offer longevity so we have made enquiries about the cost and process of replacing the 60/40 Beam Splitter Glass should the need arise. We will update this review once the ProAim Tech Support and manager have made the adjustments as agreed in the coming days. Tech Support resolved outstanding issues and generously supplied a spare 60/40 Beam Splitter Glass. Thanks Proaim and Proaim Tech Support.
