Q: Can this be used on a turntable

If the turntable has a phone stage built in or you have an external phono preamp in between the turntable and this amp then yes, although it probably wouldn't be very beneficial as vinyl don't typically have bass below 60hz.

Q: Will powered subwoofer rca out push the bass modulated sound to another amp ?

There is an rca plug on the rear for pushing modulated signal out to an active subwoofer / another amp.
