In the way of making it/roasting it, do you add a little honey or chocolate?

Jessie CHOCOLATE is a good idea, i didn't try it, this coffee is flavor rich and i really like the rich coffee aroma, honey is also great, but alas i didn't try it either. this coffee is like a wife, doesn't like any other competition in the same cup...lol.

So if you aren't using pesticides, how do you keep the bugs away?

Birds. :-) When coffee is shade grown, it attracts and keeps birds and migratory birds which act as natural "pesticides". Birds love eating insects.

I love the low acid, the flavor, and the fact that it feels like a clean product. I am able to drink coffee again. I order this nearly 5 times a month, and each time it arrives nearly destroyed due to how it is packaged and delivered to the consumer. With such a high price, high integrity should follow. Package your product in a sturdy box, as you should.
