AphogeeShampoo for Damaged Hair, 16 Fl Oz

My hair has grown so much just by using this line of haircare products called ApHogee. I enjoy the cream shampoo because it leaves my hair feeling moisturized, clean and soft. I continue with ApHogee leave-in conditioner and the ApHogee cream moisturizer. Great conbination of products that helps to strengthen my weak, dry hair. I highly recommend.

I was trying to find a shampoo for my 3A long frizzy curly hair, to alternate with my usual expensive Redken All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner, that was cheaper than the Redken. I was sick of spending over 100$ for shampoo, so I read reviews and decided on Aphogee. I first purchased this, the Damaged Hair version, along with the balancing conditioner. Dare I say, this works BETTER than my fancy expensive shampoo and conditioner?! It sure does! I went on to purchase their Curlific curl cream, and deep moisturize shampoo, and the protein treatment set. To my utter surprise, The curl cream is EQUALLY great(curly girls know how impossible it is to find a good curl cream!) I haven’t received the other products yet, but I am confident that I not only found something to alternate with Redken, but to replace it!

This shampoo gave my hair some need TLC when paired with the green tea leave in from the same line. Stopped excessive breakage in its tracks.

I use this product when I am doing a protein wash (I alternate between Moisture and protein), and I like it doesn't strip my hair and its still soft after washing. First purchase in 2014 and to this day 2022 I still repurchase. Can't attest to how much it has helped on its own but it hasn't hurt hence 4 stars. I follow with the ApHogee Keratin 2 Minute Reconstructor and their leave in. Oh I only shampoo once (My Hair is 4z yes not 4c, zzz and is on the dry side I give a good rinse and massage with just water then I shampoo 1x taking my time)

It works really well. My hair was affected horribly from chemo & radiation & now it's grown back, it's undamaged from using Aphogee products

This is probably the best shampoo with the nicest smell I've ever used. I wish they made a purple shampoo version so I could use it every day.

This product does what it claims. It does strengthen and repair damaged strands. Great for relaxed and/or color treated hair. I use this product once a week and follow up with a deep conditioning and moisturizing mask and get excellent results. I wash my hair about 3 times a week, but don't use this shampoo every time I wash my hair because it has keratin protein in it. Too much protein isn't good for hair, so once a week works for my hair. I use a quality moisturizing shampoo like Shea Moisture or Silk Elements or Ion in between. I do notice stronger hair and easier styling. You always have to follow up with a good moisturizing conditioner and a good leave in conditioner that detangles hair. Will continue to use this shampoo in my weekly regimen.
