Is this a real par meter, or is it a modified lux meter with some filters and software that interpolates the data? sensor looks like a lux sensor.

I compared this meter to the meter by Apogee. This meter was 30-40% high for pink/purple LEDs. Additionally the build quality is poor.

Can i use this to measure par underwater (sensor only) in my aquarium?

It is not designed for that, so it is very doubtful. Obviously, if you ruined the sensor by submerging it, this would void the warranty.

I’m trying to perform a successive measurement log but it shuts off after two minutes. How do I keep the meter on?

Yes, this is a real PAR meter. In LOG mode it shuts off every two minutes to save electricity, if you perform a successive measurement do not use in LOG mode.

May I fix sensor at covered struct for measuring every day? It will be exposed to sun light every day.

That makes no sense to me, why would anyone what to fix this to a structure at all times? One it’s not waterproof, second the sensor would get ruin, third the battery wouldn’t last that long and would cut off. I would say no don’t mount this to anything, it’s meant to be used by hand at the moment.
