I thought this book would go in depth about Home Ownership and Basic Real Estate resources. It provided me with another perspective on How to look at your home and why it becomes such a great interests to others once someone has spent a lifetime paying mortgage. Definitely inside information one could use to provide some assistance with anyone that would like to keep their home once it has been paid off.
