So as a first printer it's done great. Super easy to setup and build (45minutes with kids helping). And after adjusting, leveling and re leveling ( I did it wrong the first time) it prints awesome. And out of the box for 90% of prints it needs no mods. But there are lots of mods available.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase! I was a little nervous about getting a 3d printer. I'd never even been near one and had only seen them on YouTube videos.It came right on time. Packaging was on par. Instructions were straight forward. After it was assembled, I turned it right on and the display and instructions were clear and easy to navigate. My first attempt out of the gate, I printed a flawless little dog with the filament that came with the machine. I honestly could not believe how smooth everything went.I definitely recommend! I'm already considering purchasing another one!

The media could not be loaded.  I have been borrowing other people’s 3d printers for a while, and I decided that it was time for me to get my own. After reading reviews and getting suggestions from friends, I decided to go with the Creality Ender 3 Pro. This printer has a lot of the main things I was looking for, and at a reasonable price.I decided on the Ender 3 Pro because of the high praise of the Ender 3, and the additional features that the pro version added. The upgraded power supply, the flexible magnetic printing surface, and the upgraded levelling all helped me to go with this model.I will say that I was a bit apprehensive about the printer coming partially assembled, as it meant that I had to assemble some of it myself when it arrived, but even though it took a little over an hour to assemble, it was kind of nice to see how it all fits together, in case I need to troubleshoot something later. I will say that the assembly instructions can be a bit vague at times, especially with the preconnected cables, but I only had to backtrack once. I didn’t really look to see if there was an option, but I think in the future I would prefer to have the printer fully assembled next time. The fact that they included all of the tools needed to assemble the printer was also a nice touch, as I didn’t need to find my tools to get it assembled.Although I have not had the (mis?)pleasure of a power outage during printing yet, I think the quick heating and resuming after outage functionality of the printer are nice features to have, so I don’t necessarily waste filament if that happens.The flexible magnetic printing base is a nice feature to have, especially when getting the printed models off of the printing surface, but it is a little tricky to get the pad to line back up after taking it off the base. I’m not really sure if there is a way to make that easier, as that’s kind of something that happens when you’re using magnets. It definitely keeps the pad secure once it is placed on the base though.The levelling of the base is pretty simple with the adjustment wheels on each corner of the base, and it took no time at all to get the printer set up and levelled. The filament spindle rack is nice, and it can be adjusted to make sure that the spindle is in the right place to feed the printer.The one slight issue I had was getting my computer to recognize the printer, as the driver included on the flash drive didn’t seem to want to recognize the model, but I downloaded another version of the driver from the Creality site, and that one worked just fine, but I’ve mostly used the included microsd card to load the models and print directly from the printer, so that I don’t have to worry about losing the connection to the computer while printing.The included Creality Slicer software is nice, especially with the basic vs expert modes is a nice touch. I have found that there are better alternatives for actual manipulating and designing of 3d models, but for setting up the print job, the included software does the job nicely.All in all, I am happy with my decision to purchase this Creality Ender 3 Pro, and would definitely do it again given the choices in this price range. I look forward to many great prints in the future!

I've always wanted a 3D printer, and the Creality name had been in my head for ages. This printer very well compares and ever performs better in some respects than other machines in our office we have paid 6 times the price! Simple to assemble. Simple to use. Very reliable. Worth the price!
