**Q: Is this walking poles fit for lady with height of 157 cm?**
A: Hello! So glad you are interested in Nordic Walking! These are fully adjustable and will be fine! They are not fixed length poles and can be made whatever lenght you need. I recommend learning how to fit Nordic Walking poles by Googling "Nordic Walking YouTube". There are some free lessons online. I recommend looking online also for Jayah Faye Paley, who produces  DVDs and online instruction on Nordic Walking.These are a nice product. These  can be adjusted by twisting at the joint, extending or shortening and twisting in the opposite direction. Fit them by loosining them and extending them and twist so they lock in place.

**Q: Can I find Leki Instructor hand grips to replace a lost pair?**
A: I got one pair of my Walking sticks on Google ad the best ones in Switzerland together with an instruction book.  I also found some movie instruction on line. Just fiddle aroudnd till you get something. the grips are hard to replace, as the new Lekis have different handles from the old ones.
