I wasn't familiar with the make, but these are a quality product. Used them to build a timber frame and had no issues.

Work very well. Drive into the wood well. Just wish the thread had a tad more bite.

Best screws ever for wooden floorboards
Fantastic for screwing down wooden floorboards. No snapping of screws (1500 uses!). No splitting which is amazing as the boards are 1930s vintage and have pretty damage ends. They are so easy to screw in, you don't need a pilot hole or countersinking. This has saved me so much time. Just use a decent impact drill, and gloves to hold the screw.

Twister Screws Advanced Multipurpose Wood Screws
Found this quality product to be very easy to drill in & not round off using my hammer drill. They sank into the many wood types I have been using with no problem, very good produ.ct & great value for money highly recommend

Doesn't split the wood
Impressed with these 70mm screws. I'm no carpenter but I'm Renovating a 120 year old staircase and needed a decent screw to fix the spindles before my kids decide to go bungy jumping through the gap. . Went the full 70mm without an issue and holds tight without needing to do a pilot hole, and not a single split of the wood and the spindles are in firm. Wife thinks I'm a hero 💪 (she's just saying it to get me to finnish the ruddy job 😂). I would buy again if needed 👍

Second Purchase of theses Screws.
Had to get these as I need a longer 5MM screw. My previous screws of this type were only 50 MM in length. I have upcoming job which needs longer. After doing a few simple jobs as in refixing loose floorboards. These screws have performed beautifully. Even driving into old hard timber they self pilot, and self countersink. I have found that a pilot hole will need to be drilled in some very hard wood or the screw stops driving. One very minor gripe, the supplied PZ2 bit is showing signs ofwear and begins to "Cam Out". Keep a few PZ2 bits handy for any big jobs. Happy. Can't have too many varied screws in the tool kit, but I did not fancy the trade case. This will be the first use using Rawlplugs. The screws impressed in wood. Maybe a little lube before use in Plugs. Excellent Screws.
