Black trimmer is the best option. This brand is my favourite for craft tools and their trimmer is the best around. I have had a few in the colour cream and found the scorer blade was suitable for papers . The cutting blade cut through heavyweight card smoothly. Replacement blades are available. I wanted a spare trimmer, one to keep in my craft area, the other to be portable. I noticed the black option the measurement writing was white which stood out more . I'm happy to report the scoring blade on this one scores through thick card as well. Which is an upgrade and is great. Also there's the white marking for angles . Very happy customer and highly recommend for craft work.

Don’t hesitate. I cycled through the cricut trimmer which I thought was cumbersome having to manually change the trimming tool to the scoring tool, followed by crafter’s companion’s guillotine and scorer. This ticks all the boxes and now I can make my base cards with accuracy. Love it.

Take care when scoring that you have the correct tool as its easy to use the cutting one instead, both the cutting and scoring knobs can easily fall out of the board but easy to push back on.

This does what it says in the description and is good for the price. Great for small cutting but mostly thinner card and paper. Not for thick card.

This product is very light , can be hung up when not in use . So easy to use . Cuts and scores like a dream . Come with instructions for anyone that has not used this sort of product.
