Unfortunately my child won’t be using this train to learn to spell his name! The “R” is backwards. The company asked me to reconfigure the train, said they would send me a new letter “R” if that didn’t work, then changed their mind and asked me to return it at my own shipping expense. After spending a good amount of money on this gift, it’s disappointing. I wouldn’t purchase this as a gift as it did arrive chipped as seen in the photo (my baby hasn’t played with it yet). Definitely buy elsewhere!

I would avoid this seller. Seller would not do a return. Some of the letters do not look right. The i looks like an upside down T. When you are wanting children to learn the letters of their names and the letters look wrong… not helpful. I asked for a return and was refused. Avoid this seller.

UPDATED REVIEW This company has great customer service they called me and explained that the upside down “T” is actually a capital “I” on a platform and the letter that we thought was a capital “I” was actually a capital “T” on a platform. They are going to replace the “A” that arrived with the broken wheels. They really stand by their product so I’d definitely recommend them and have changed my review to 5 stars. I ordered this train as well as the name puzzle for my daughter Natalie. The name puzzle was perfect, but this train had some serious problems. One of the “A’s” in her name had wheels that were broken and falling off and as you can see in the picture the “T” was built upside down with it’s wheels on it’s top. My daughter is 3 and just starting to learn the letters of her name that’s why I got these to help her, but it doesn’t do any good if the letters are upside down. Unfortunately I can’t recommend the train.

My son loved it. I got an upside down “T” but I read the other reviews and figured it out. However the reason for my 3 stars it’s because it says it brings a front wagon and a back but mine only had the front one and some of the wheels don’t roll. So that was disappointing.

I was so excited to get this item as a gift for a friends baby shower… but when it arrived the quality was terrible! Two wheels were broken and one was glued stuck to the body so it wouldn’t turn! Also the letters where all random colors not the nice rainbow set that they display. When I returned the order due to them arriving broken I was responsible to pay the return shipping which was absolutely ridiculous!! Save ur money and DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM!

Would not recommend or rebuy this product. Cheaply made - wooden wheels fall off and my toddler puts them in his mouth. Totally over priced and not worth the money. Also not sturdy at all, tips over the moment you go to push it.

The media could not be loaded.  **CHOKING HAZARD FOR SMALL CHILDREN** Should have listened to the reviews. Bought this for my nephew for Christmas. I was hesitant but i thought it was so dang cute and my nephew loves trains and he’d be ecstatic about this. Figured it could also help him learn how to spell his name. Pieces are broken, and scratched. One of the wheels on the train doesn’t even fit? There was also a small metal thing attached to one of the magnets. If I were to barely squeeze one of the letter, it would likely fall apart. Not safe for kids and obviously. He’s not even 2 yet….I don’t even wanna give this to him.

large colorful letters easy to hold by little hands … we’ll made BuTmy only disappointment was that both the engine and he caboose were black . I would have preferred the engine black and the caboose RED.
