THE KIDS LOVE IT
A bit expensive for size of bag but the kids it! Must admit to liking the popping Candy too! However, a bit confusing when the reviews changed to length of time the battery lasted and another one saying it looks cute! Obviously a mix up where the reviews for the radios were put! So don’t expect your poppin candy to play music!I recommend this as the kids love it and have competitions to see who can make loudest noise

Check postage before you buy. I paid £9.90 for £1.25 swwets (weighing 60gm!)
I ordered just 4 straws along with other sweets from this company called SAR Holdings Limited. The straws I thought were 10p each though on the invoice were 8p. The postage paid on each straw weighing just under 1gm was 66p. For the 4 straws I paid a total of £2.64!!!!! An absolute waste of money and a disgusting amount of postage to pay for a total of approx 4gm.The Love Heart packets each containing about 5 sweets were an even more ridiculous price for postage. These weighed a little more 11gm each. I am amazed that they charge £1.32 for each 5cm long packet. So I paid a total of £5.28 for 4 packets of Love Hearts weighing 44gm.But the worst postage charge from this company has to be for the Strawberry flavour Fizz Wizz popping candy. Whatever you do don't buy that. The packet weighing no more than 1gm and costing 25p was apparently £1.98 to post.FOR A TOTAL OF 60GM IN WEIGHT I PAID £9.90 IN POSTAGE FOR ITEMS THAT CAME IN A THIN PLASTIC BAG THE SIZE OF A LITTLE ENVELOPE.OK so I live in France but I use Amazon all the time and don't mind paying the postage for hefty books or other weighty gifts but this is really taking the micky. I will be phoning SAR Holdings tomorrow to ask for an explanation. Incidentally had the postage of my total order for numerous books and games etc been broken down and I had been able to see what proportion was going to this company I would never have gone through with the order.

Small portion
Thought that the packet would contain more popping candy but worked out a bit expensive

Love this, how ever wasn't expecting it at the time, learnt not to keep one click open on my settings when daughter is on phone.

great little wind-up/solar radio
While the dials could be a little better and easier to adjust this is a great little unit. It's compact and does all you could expect from a splash proof, self-charging radio. For the price it's great... It sits on the window sill of my bathroom and gets used most days.... Superb value for money.

superb little gadget!
I was fed up with constantly replacing batteries for the shower radio which always died in the middle of a long awaited soak in the bath. This great little radio is neat and compact with excellent reception. I have only had to wind it up once (upon opening)as it sits on my bathroom windowsill and takes its charge from the solar panel on the top. My only criticism (albeit a small one) is the on off button could be a little more prominent as with wet hands it is harder to grip when upping the volume. A very satisfied customer.

it' ok, that's it. ok.
I expected the radio to live up to the rave revues, but it's bog standard, even pricey when you add the postage, for what it is. The sound isn't great and the tuning dial requires two hands to set. Of course there is the possibility that a superior radio was released to get the reviewers on board and then the cruddy ones were dumped on the gullible later( as happens with the fake earphones these days- maybe the High Street's days are going to be back before too long !) There are differences between the photos and what I received. Not utterly a lost cause, but don't expect too much.I don't see anything about it that would make it more splashproof than any other radio, ipod etc.either.Delivery was quick though.Later:I reviewed a radio and somehow this toy got linked to it. Amazing what you can do with a computer these days !
