I'm pretty thrilled with this little trampoline. I got this because I haven't been able to go to the gym, due to COVID, and I needed something to use during the winter. When I started looking at these, I didn't realize how many benefits there were to exercising with them. Of course there's the obvious weight loss and muscle toning, but it's also good for increasing bone density and lymphatic flow, a stronger immune system and enhanced mental health. Who knew! My mom has bone density issues, so it's nice to know that while I'm exercising, I'm also helping my bone density. I've been using this for about 2 weeks and I'm feeling great. It's fun to use and I actually look forward to using it. It arrived quickly, well packaged and undamaged. It only took about 10 minutes to fully assemble it. This is a heavy duty trampoline that holds up to 330lbs. The frame is made with quality made steel. The frame legs are thicker on this one than most of the others that I looked at. The springs are reinforced closed thick steel and they use 28 of them to give it more support and stability. There's a premium oxford cloth safety pad that covers the springs to protect you from injuring yourself on them. The mat is made of heavy duty non-slip polypropylene to ensure sustained bouncing and coil spring for high elasticity. The handrail can be adjusted to 5 different levels that are between 31" and 44" or it can be removed. One of the best qualities is the fact it is foldable for convenient storage and it takes up no space. I'm extremely happy with the high quality of this trampoline and I'd highly recommend it.

I'm glad I found this rebounder!I'm new to rebounding. I was very hesitant about purchasing this rebounder as a more expensive name brand was recommended to me for Weight Loss. I'm glad I found this TONCUR rebounder. I started using it and it’s very high quality and sturdy ! It's also been somewhat of a replacement of going to the gym since the gym was closed due to COVID-19. I use it most days and I love the fact that I can get a great workout in and not shake the floors or furniture as the trampoline takes all of the impact.So far, it's been a great quality product and most of all it’s QUIET!! No funny smells.Assembly: There were some concerns in reviews about opening the trampoline. The instructions are easy to follow. Basically three steps: open to a half circle, open to a full circle, add the legs. Hint: to do the half circle step, turn the product on its side (not flat), it will pop right open. You should hear a soft click. When you open it to a full circle, lay it flat and use your body weight to lock it ( should hear a louder click). For the legs, I put a few drops of lubricant on the legs, it made them easier to screw on and I would think to disassemble as well.Storage: the legs do not fold. I plan to put mine behind a couch or under my bed.Handle: I did not assemble the handle, I brought it just in case I have any balancing issues (none so far). The handle also doesn't fold, which is another reason I opted not to add it.Use: Very stable! I am not a small woman, 178lbs. I can jump as I'd like and I don't feel unsafe. The surface is slick you need to have the right little grippy socks, PLEASE use the grippy socks. The booklet has some exercises in it but there are some cool videos on YouTube. I just jump and watch TV.All in all, it's still new but I am happy.

Needed a space saving way to get exercise while being quarantined.. dual purpose , exercise for me And play time for the little ones.it was extremely easy to set up.. only took me about 20 minutes with just al little help from hubby.With quite a few of these on the market, this one was the best price I could find, with the support bar.. I’m glad that I took my chance on it.It’s extremely solid and sturdy, I feel 100% safe using this. And folds up easily to store out of site while not in use.. adds a great workout experience to my regimen.Totally surpassed my expectations!makes workouts fun and my kids love it!!Totally worth the price!

After researching so many of these on Amazon I decider on the Toncur. I took one star off because the bar assembly was difficult due to a missing plastic cover piece on one of the base tube, this missing piece caused the bar assembly to be unlevelled but remedied it finally (took a lot of time and strength) by removing the opposite bar's plastic cover, at that point everything fit seamlessly and leveled out and was able to secure the bar to the rebounder. I mainly wanted a rebounder for lymph drainage but also gives a great workout! For me its also slot of fun, something I could never claim on a treadmill, bike or rower! One interesting note, I noticed in my breathing (never took notice of that before) a deeper and smoother flow of air. Love this thing.

We had a mini trampoline that didn't survive the hurricane we had a few months ago. We are just now getting around to replacing it. This time I went with a foldable one. Much easier to cart/transport and surprisingly still stable and strong.Width wise as a whole it's 40 inches and 8.5 inches tall (off the ground). The jumping diameter is 28 inches. When folded it is 30 inches long and 15 inches wide. Not tiny, but significantly smaller and easier to carry as well.The foam handle bar has 5 adjustable levels...from from 31 to 44 inches in height. It supports up to 330 pounds of weight. No one over 220 pounds has gotten on ours though.The suction cups are useful for indoors, but not really functional in grass or on concrete.Great exercise for all ages, plus the kids love jumping. Bonus...it wears them out. 🤣🤣🤣

Kam schnell an und wurde gleich aufgebaut.Alles dabei, ordentlich verpackt, sogar eine deutsche Aufbauanleitung ist dabei.Das Packmass des zusammen geklappten Trampolins ist echt klein, passt locker unters Bett oder in den Schrank. Die Verarbeitung ist soweit ich erkennen kann gut. Ich war skeptisch wegen der Lautstärke aufgrund der Federn. Die meisten Trampoline fürs jumping haben ja Gummis. Aber ich wurde angenehm überrascht. Ist echt nicht laut. Wie es in 2 Wochen ist, kann ich natürlich noch nicht sagen. Aber bisher echt super. Aufbau geht schnell und ist simpel.Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.Achja. Ich habe 130 Kilo. Es knallt NICHT bis zum Boden durch wenn ich drauf springe.Update:Habe es nach ein paar Tagen retourniert. Folgende Gründe:1. Quietschen2. Eine Feder hängt sich immer wieder aus beim zusammenklappen3. Es schlägt nun doch bis zum Boden durch. Bei einem angegebenen Gewicht von max. 150 kg sollte das nicht sein.Aber für den Preis dennoch top. Deshalb bleiben die 5 Sterne stehen. Die Retoure war völlig unkompliziert.

I had put aside an hour of my time to assemble this. Turned out, I had it all set up and ready to go in less than twenty minutes. One person assembly is all that is needed. The jumping section, thankfully arrives pre-assembled so no time consuming tightening was needed. It's a very well designed trampoline and is easily large enough for exercise or just to use for fun. It's padded over the springs and is totally safe to use in my opinion. As I write, my wife is bouncing away on it while watching a fitness video and I can confirm that she, also likes it. The feet suction cups are very good at preventing slipping. While in use I find it quieter than what I thought it would be. It's a quality item that is well constructed and very sturdy. We recommend it. Good value.

with kids being indoors during this winter weather and because of this lockdown, i have been trying to find good alternative methods for fun indoor exercising options. one of these options came up as having an indoor trampoline. this idea looked very exciting so ordered it.the trampoline arrived in a flat pack. all the bits were clearly marked and assembly instructions very clear. easy to assemble and easy to fold for convinient storage. this foldable trampoline is a great space saver and can be set up in minutes for workouts. there are many trampolone exercise videos available online, easy to follow and practice. bouncing helps lose weight.the trampoline has 6 non slip suction cups. the suction cups prevent the trampoline from moving when being used. these cups also help cushion the noise when jumping on the trampoline.there are 28 steel springs. the springs are thick and durable. these springs are much better than the elastic cords as they have more weight bearing capacity .the bouncing surface is sturdy and even after many bounces, is not deformed. the handles can be adjusted to five different height levels,making it suitable for use by adults as well as kids. the max weight bearing capacity of this is 150Kgs.there is also a protective sheet incuded in this kit. the protective sheet, provides a safety covering over the springs so that clothes,shoe laces, etc are not caught in the spring accidently. the sleeve makes it possible for kids to paly on this safely too.overall, a perfcet addition to the fun and exercise routine within the comforts of home. i am happy with the purchase and also the quality of this product.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Cuánto me hubiera gustado tener una historia de estas de pequeña, si me hace ilusión ahora....imaginaos de pequeña..Me parece súper divertido, ahora le doy el enfoque del ejercicio..que la cuarentena hizo estragos, no sé si podré quitar todo lo que pille pero lo intentaremos pasando un buen rato.La cama elástica aguanta hasta 150 kg y tiene una barra soporte para depende qué tipo de ejercicios quieras hacer.Está bien pensado el poder plegarlo y poder guardarlo, si no lo quieres usar no será un trasto.Yo lo tengo para usarlo en el interior de casa pero si tienes jardín...será aún mejor.La casa cuando haces la compra te envía un mail para que puedas ver el video para el montaje y un video de ejercicios.Si te ha parecido útil mi opinión, puedes hacérmelo saber pulsando el botón útil 😃
